Matching Grants Awards 2026 – Results of Round 2

The AILC-ICLA awards 10 grants of up to 250 USD each in two rounds annually, to member associations or individual members of the AILC-ICLA to support academic events benefitting Early Career Researchers.

The following Matching Grant has been awarded in Round 2 of 2026:

AILC-ICLA member Dr Rindon Kundu, Assistant Professor and Founder Director, Sri Sri Centre for Translation and Interpreting Studies, Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha, India, will conduct a workshop on “Maritime Histories and Literary Circulations in the Bay of Bengal: Oceanic Traditions and Fluid Currents of Comparative Literary Thoughts from the Global South” for Early Career Researchers on 21 December 2026. 

The host institution is Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha, India. The AILC-ICLA is matching the fund granted by the host university.
