ICLA Participation grants offered to attend the XXIV International Congress in Seoul, Korea, 28 July – 1 August 2025
Individual scholars who received a notification of acceptance and are interested in applying for a participation grant (PG) could opt for one of the following:
a) Fee waiver (early registration amounts: $62 student or $125 regular)
b) Accommodation grant (max. $200)
c) Fee waiver + accommodation grant
d) Transportation grant (max. $300)
The grants are meant to assist primarily MA, PhD, graduate students, and early career researchers whose circumstances do not allow them to finance their participation in the congress. The application will consist of a CV and a motivation letter.
As the deadline for abstract submission has been extended, applications for a PG will open on 20 February 2025 and close on 14 March 2025. More information on the application form will be published soon on both the ICLA website and the Congress website.
