Applications for Congress Participation Grants are now open
Applications for participation grants to take part in the AILC-ICLA Congress in Seoul, 28 July – 1 August 2025, are now open to scholars whose paper proposals have been accepted.
Applications can be made for one of the following:
a) Fee waiver (early registration fee amounts: $62 student or $125 regular)
b) Accommodation grant (max. $200)
c) Fee waiver + accommodation grant
d) Transportation grant (max. $300)
The grants are meant to assist primarily MA, PhD, graduate students, and early career researchers whose circumstances do not allow them to finance their participation in the congress. Other scholars who have significant difficulties in funding their participation can also apply. The application consists of a CV and a motivation letter.
