The Structures Committee is responsible for maintaining the adequacy of the organizational structures of the Association. The committee acts on instructions from the President or the Executive Council but can also take own initiatives.
The Chair of the Structures Committee is chosen by the President, in consultation with the Executive Council. The other members of the Committee are chosen by the Chair in consultation with the President.
